Corporate Social Responsibility

AIOSHE CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

At AMOSA Institute of Safety, Health and Environment (AIOSHE), our commitment to corporate responsibility is rooted in our core mission: empowering industries, protecting lives, and advancing sustainable development through safety, health, environmental and quality (SHEQ) education.

Our Commitment to Society

We believe that safety and sustainability are not just obligations—they are opportunities to build a better future for Zimbabwe, Africa, and the world. Through education, training, and community outreach, AIOSHE champions the values of health, safety, environmental stewardship and ethical conduct.

Key Focus Areas

Community Engagement

We partner with local communities, schools, and vulnerable groups to promote SHEQ awareness through:
  • Free SHEQ awareness campaigns
  • Youth mentorship programs
  • School outreach and road safety talks
  • Community clean-up and wellness events

Environmental Stewardship

We walk the talk on environmental responsibility by:
  • Promoting green practices in our operations and training
  • Supporting environmental education and clean energy awareness
  • Partnering with organizations on sustainable development goals (SDGs)

Occupational Health & Safety Advocacy

We advocate for safe working environments across all sectors by:
  • Supporting national campaigns on workplace safety
  • Offering subsidized training to small and informal sector enterprises
  • Conducting research and publishing data to guide industry standards

Ethical Training and Governance

AIOSHE upholds transparency, accountability, and integrity in all its dealings. We train organizations to not only comply with SHEQ regulations but to embed them as part of ethical business conduct.

Partnerships for Progress

We collaborate with government institutions, industry associations, schools, and NGOs to amplify our social impact. Our partnerships help create safer, healthier, and more responsible workplaces and communities

Empowering the Next Generation

We believe in empowering tomorrow’s SHEQ leaders. AIOSHE invests in:
  • Scholarships for underprivileged students
  • Internships and job placement support
  • Skills development programs aligned to national priorities

Our Pledge

“We are not just training for compliance—we are shaping a culture of care, responsibility, and resilience across every sector we serve.”

About us

AIOSHE stands committed to the prevention and reduction of occupational incidents in the continent of Africa. We do this by engaging every employer, employees, authorities and all stakeholders involved like city councils, national employment councils, professional bodies and associations and when we engage our message is one.
