In order to maintain the best quality services for our clients, the company employs highly qualified and experienced trainers, assessors and moderators. All our trainers are industry subject experts with hands on experience.
We maintain accreditation with authorities like the Ministry of Mines, National Social Security Authority (NSSA) and other international accrediting organisations like SAIOSH. The institute has appointed the Board of Assessors (BOA) for our three main sectors i.e Materials Handling, SHEQ and Industrial Emergency Services. The Board of Assessors sits regularly to review our assessments, training material and recommend any changes needed to maintain best quality training for all learners.
As a step to sustain the high-level standard of quality training and assessment, internal and external moderations are conducted to ensure that assessments are credible, valid, authentic, consistence and sufficient. We subscribe to the internationally accepted Valid-Authentic-Current-Sufficient (VACS) principle when conducting all assessments.
To keep our clients satisfied at all times, we always encourage them to give feedback and evaluation when we complete our services.
